There is no reasoning with some people. This person seemed to assume that if they just paid the shipping cost, they could get something made just for them by an artist. We’re guessing they’ve never bought anything online before because the shipping cost is additional to the cost of the items being purchased.
The customer rudely protested, which only led to an increase in price once the artist gave a detailed breakdown of the costings. It looks as though the silence means they aren’t paying the new price.
