When administrators consider signage and public notices, a critical piece of advice is to make sure the message is clear so that the signs will have the most benefit. In this case, it appears as if overlooked the fact that blind persons do not drive. Maybe those responsible for this sign’s creation intended the signage for those who drive people to the rehab.
If that is the case, some revisions to the sign are recommended, as we are sure that those responsible were not trying to miss-label their parking signs.
