We all remember when the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog came out. We all probably groaned and looked at one another, thinking, “Oh my gosh, this is terrible.” And you know what? It was terrible. But fortunately, the animators took the feedback from their fans and completely revamped the film, redesigning the title hero of the film.
Lo and behold, this bold move paid off, and fans flocked to the revised film in droves. It wound up grossing an impressive $308.4 across the globe, well over its $85 million budget.
