These days, this company’s name is pretty much the same for, “Let’s just search this online.” It’s gone the way of Kleenex and Q-tips in that it’s basically a synonym of “search engine.” Well, back when it first was invented, that’s really all it was.
These days, though, it’s so much more. This powerful company has managed to really build itself a reputation, and it’s considered the gold standard for search engines. While others may try, they just can’t compete with the original search engine from 1999.
