We sort of feel like kindred spirits with the CEO of Chipotle right about now. Back in February of 2020, his company tweeted that he would be ordering his meal for pickup to avoid dealing with human interaction.
While it was meant to be humorous at the time, just a month later, the company tweeted their mea culpa. Fortunately, they were self aware enough to say they knew how wrong they were, and made up for it by offering free delivery to all of their customers.
