This submerged street sign just proves how devastating floods can be. The water isn’t just creeping up the signpost, it has fully enveloped the post and the sign too. Sadly, if the water is this high it won’t only have affected the road, but most likely any people’s homes that were in the vicinity.
People would have had to swap their cars and trucks for boats and ships when trying to make their way around this town during the flood.
