This is a pretty cool picture, and it’s not quite as crazy as it might seem. It might look like there was some type of crazy, localized lightning going on on the left side of this photo, but the reality is much simpler. This person snapped a photo of the snowy street right as another person snapped a photo as well. The key here is that the other person had their flash on!
So not only did they capture their subject, but they also captured another person capturing the same subject. Are you following us here?
