This picture shows why it’s often a good idea to shop around before making a purchase. It shows how much this person could have paid for a pack of chalk in Target versus the price of the same box in their college bookstore.
Just because something is more convenient doesn’t mean we should be paying extortionate prices. People buying the 12-pack of chalk for $11.98 are not getting anything better than those who are only paying 99 cents at Target.
