Cartoon logic is hilarious, because an animation doesn’t abide by the same rules as normal society; they have a reasoning of their own. If you search for “cartoon logic,” you’ll find many hilarious examples of what we’re talking about.
Donald Duck is probably the most famous example of all. He wears a hat and a sailor shirt, and no pants (contrary to Mickey Mouse, Minnie, and Goofy, who are all covered down there). However, when he goes swimming, he wears a full swimsuit, and when he comes out of the shower, he wraps a towel around his waist.
