This is the type of thing you probably only notice when you watch a movie for the second time – or third, or fourth, or fifth. You get us, we like rewatching Disney films, but who doesn’t? They’re all so full of details, so it’s really enriching to see them again.
In Tangled, there’s a scene where Mother Gothel says “I love you most,” and then gives Rapunzel a kiss. At first sight, it looks like she’s kissing her forehead, which would suggest honest affection, but she actually kisses her hair, because that’s all she cares about.
