I was giving this one employee and another guy food safety training, which isn’t the most interesting lecture in the world – but very important and government mandated. The employee fell asleep in the middle of it. He was literally sitting two feet away from me.
He also kept getting injured for improper use of tools like the power drill. No matter how many times we told him what to do and what not to do, he kept messing up. Eventually he was fired for tardiness.
