I work in a very exclusive watch store, and had an employee who kept making some really serious mistakes when ringing up customers. I would be watching him, but one day I was busy with other customers and he did a sale on his own.
Once the man had paid and left, I went to check the receipt. I immediately noticed he had charged him 20 cents for a $60 watch…I was livid. Told him he was not welcome back, and the 60$ would be deducted from his last salary.
