My “favorite” bad employee was a new lifeguard working the pool I was working at for the second year in a row. We had windbreakers to wear on cooler days, since it could be cold sitting there just in your bathing suit.
So this new guy got the bright idea to put his ipod in the pocket, and run the earbuds up the inside of the jacket to listen to his music while on stand. He got caught and yelled at by the supervisor, and got fired one week into the season.
