I had a guy fake an injury to try to get put on workers’ compensation. His plan was to fake a minor injury, but he messed up and actually got severely hurt.
How did we know he was trying to fake injure himself? Because we had a 20-minute long surveillance tape of him hiding behind one of the trucks on the worksite, practicing his fall. We also got a written confessions from his friends, saying he’d been planning the whole thing since the day we hired him.
