I had to fire a guy from my gas station a few years ago. He worked the night shift and was really good for an entire year. Then suddenly one day he started playing some new game on his phone, and it quickly became a problem…
He wouldn’t do anything else, even though i told him countless times he could only play on his phone when there were no customers. Eventually I had to let him go. Later I found out he had racked up $50K in credit card debt on that game.
