Hawkeye isn’t exactly known to be one of the funnier MCU characters. In fact, he’s considered one of the more “boring” ones to the fans. But Jeremy Renner himself is a pretty funny guy, and in this scene he got to show it by doing some improvisation.
Hawkeye tries to catch up with Quiksilver, who then makes fun of him. So, in return, he targets him with his arrow and says no one will know or miss him if he took the shot. It ended up as a hilarious scene that definitely provided more comedic relief for the movie.
