Birds of Prey kind of snuck up on DC fans, because after the massive fail that was Suicide Squad, they weren’t sure what to expect from the Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey centered film. But it turned out to be a really fun ride after all.
One of the more colorful scenes was one where you see the girls hanging out and doing regular stuff – this was actual footage from a day of fun the actresses did to unwind from filming. Producers thought it looked so natural and fun, some of it had to be in the movie.
