Bane was pretty much the character that made The Dark Knight Rises, with Tom Hardy playing the infamous Batman villain in an intimidating way. In this particular moment, Bane is coming to threat an entire baseball stadium, and before he enters the field he hears a boy singing to the microphone.
Tom Hardy then thought to state “What a lovely, lovely voice,” which was completely improv’d, but made so much sense. Not only was it ominous, but it also played on the fact that Bane has to wear a mask that distorts his voice.
